Changing color for .h3 in Twenty Twelve theme

  I would like to change color for h3 in pages and posts
  for Twenty Twelve theme. Can anyone just please let me know which file I should change, and how? Thanks very much in advance.

  Hi there, to do this globally, would require either the WordPress.com Premium or Business plan, which include Custom CSS.

  If you are talking about heading elements (h3, etc.) that you put into your content, you can highlight that within the Visual post/page editor and change the color manually each time. That button is on the lower row of tools in the Visual editor.

  You are welcome. To change the CSS, you would have to have one of the upgrades I mentioned.
