changing color in the Categories bar below posts

    I have customized the Modularity Lite Theme to my liking for the most part, but I can’t find which part of the css code controls the color of the bar beneath posts that lists categories (currently black with rounded corners, I’d prefer white) .

    I’m not even sure what that portion is called. Thank you for your potential help!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    It’s called the post metadata. You need to add this to your CSS:

    .postmetadata { background: #fff; }

    But before you do that, you need to limit the amount of photos on your main page: your blog takes too long to load – for a visitor with a slow connection it will probably time out before fully loading. Use the more tag in each post, and change the number of posts per page to only a few.
