Changing color of blog title

Is there any way I can change the font color of my blog title without using code?
Everything I’ve seen about this on the forum entails code.

Hi Kathleen, Lovecraft has black text on a white background, but you can experiment with color options within that via Customize > Colors and Backgrounds. Click on Palettes to see what I mean.

Supernovia, I checked it out, and I can’t see how to change anything beside the background color. I’m trying to see what my blog title, Cooking in Mexico, would look like in green, white and red, and if I can get letters in white outlined in black. Mexico’s flag colors are these 3 colors. I was hoping to be able to play around with it to see if it would work visually. Maybe something like the first 5 letters in green, the next group of 5 letters in white and the final 5 letters in red.

Your theme does not have custom colors implemented beyond the background, so for that you would need custom css: https://wordpress.com/support/custom-design/custom-css/
