Changing color of menu bar

  I’m using twenty ten and the menu bar is black, is there any way I can change this? Or is this just part of this particular theme choice? Custom header does not seem to effect the fact that the header is surrounded by a black box and the menu bar is black. Thx

  To change it you will require css editing skills and an annually renewable custom design upgrade.
