Changing colour of title bar which is black for Modern Theme

  Hi,

  How do I change the black frame/colour for the title of the site and where ‘contact’ ‘blog’ menus are?

  It might not be possible to change the black frame that you’re referring to. I’m happy to take a closer look though. What is the site URL?

  As for the menu, that can be rearranged by dragging the items in to the desired order. Click on My Sites – Design – Customize – Menu
