Changing colour of widget title and text

  Hi, I’ve been trying to change the colour of my widget titles (such as Archives, or Categories) and of any text that will appear in the sidebar, but I haven’t been able to find the CSS code for that.

  My sidebar is quite transparent so I need to make all text in it a little darker for the writing to be clearly visible. I’m using the Confit theme.

  I forgot to add, is there a way to change the space between widgets in the sidebar so that they are closer to one another?
