Changing colours in Pique Theme

    I’m new to wordpress and have 2 questions about updating my site:
    1. how do I remove the filter colour on the top panel/hero image. i can’t find a location to change it and am not sure about the CSS code to write.

    2. how do I change the border colour and header text on panels: 2,4 and 6?

    I’m willing to upgrade to premium if need be- but want to ensure I know the correct code to write first.
