  I am the new administrator for WordPress web site. How can I change the contact address and name on the Contact page?

  Every wordpress.com site has a sole owner. Understand that if you registered the site under your username account you own it and no one else owns it. You can transfer the site to another username account provided that username account has first been added as an official user of the blog https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#adding-users-to-your-site with Admin status. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
