  I wanted to know how to change photos and add content to my blog

  Hi there,

  You can add photos by going to My Site > Site > Media and clicking Add New. You can also edit and delete photos here by selecting the photo you want to delete/edit. Remember that deleted media won’t appear anywhere on your site.
  Alternatively you can go to the Free WordPress Photo Library https://wordpress.com/support/free-photo-library/ (This includes a video about uploading photos.)

  To add content to your blog, you can create a post by going to My Site > Site > Posts and clicking Add New Post. https://wordpress.com/support/posts/#publish-a-new-post
