changing copy, switching tagline in custom header

Hi,
Is there a way to change title and tagline in the custom header in the Ambiru theme? I’m not happy with the way it reads now and didn’t realize that the user name, which I would have changed when I started the blog, was going to be the “title” of the blog. I also didn’t realize that the “just another wordpress.com web blog” was going to stay there.
If there’s no way to change the text, does anyone know of a similar “feeling” 1-column theme that would allow me to customize the text as well as the photo in the header?

You can call your blog whatever you want, but your blog’s address will be your username.wordpress.com regardless.
Some themes also allow you to have a Custom Header image in which you can also hide the Blog Title text if the title is a part of the image (so it doesn’t appear twice).
