changing currency default to my country of residence

  I created my wordpress while I was in England, but I am a U.S. citizen and would like to run my business from the U.S. I’m hoping to buy a plan for my wordpress, but it is charging me in pounds. How can I change my country default so that the currency for the plan is in dollars?
