Changing currency to INR

I want to opt for upgrade it to personal plan but the amount mentioned is in USD and not in INR and I have Indian card. Guide me so that I upgrade my plan and I want a custom domain.

Thanks but I am getting error now “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Can you please enable the purchase option?
