Changing Custom Link attached to my homepage

  I’m having an issue trying to move some things on my menu. My blog is stuck as my homepage and I am trying to make a welcome page, rather than it loading right to the blog. I can reorder the menu and connect the right page. But it doesnt use my original URL. Any help would be great.

  Did you try making a “static” page for your blog instead of “your latest posts”to show as a home page?
