Changing default category?

  Is it possible to change the default tag? I never use the uncategorized tag and would prefer to gain convenience by changing the default. I guess it’s not possible, but if it is please let me know.

  It’s easy enough to do. You go into Dashboard — > Options and you can set the default category there.

  Then feel free to delete the Uncatgegorized tag. :)

  I think it should be relabeled as “I’m too lazy to use catgeories” myself…

  Ever since upgrading to 2.2, our default category doesn’t seem to be applied… anyone else have this problem?

  It is properly selected under > Options > Writing, but doesn’t actually appear when writing a new post…

  Anyone know where I should look to fix this?
