Changing default country and currency

    Hi, I started my blog a few years ago when I lived in India, but didn’t develop it much. I’d like to get back to it and get some upgrades, but the problem is that all of the upgrades are trying to bill me in INR. I’ve been living in Germany for the past four years, and would like to pay in EUR. My current payment methods are not compatible with INR; I’m hoping you can help me out with this! Thanks.
