Changing default headers

    Hi. I’ve just signed up with WordPress, and this is my first experience with blogging. So far, I’m rather frustrated as I find this site to be not at all user friendly. My problem at the moment is I’ve created a PAGE which gives general info about the purpose of the site, but the default header is “Other Stuff.” How do I edit this header to make it say what I want it to say? I’m having a very difficult time even navigating my own account! Your help would be much appreciated.
