  How do i change themes in this new wordpress 2.9. Where is the add new theme button. I want to upload my own theme from my computer. How do i do that.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t do that at WordPress.com. You choose among the themes available.

  You can only add your own theme if you have a self-hosted blog using the software from wordpress.ORG that is hosted on a third-party hosting service such as godaddy, bluehost, dreamhost, etc.
