changing default URL

    my blog URL is http://ejintalkinrandomstuff.wordpress.com
    and I REALLY want to change it.
    However, no where in this form tells me how to change this address.
    I don’t want to customize my domain. I just want to change the
    ejintalkinrandomstuff part on my blog URL.
    Other posts told me to go to the General Settings but I see nothing that I could do in the General Settings to change my blog URL.
    I was able to only change my site title and tagline.
    Please can someone tell me how to change this???

    You cannot edit any URL. If you want to change the blog address ie. the URL starting with http:// then you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to do that and the URL you desire must be available. If so then you can change the URL by using this guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
