changing dns

  Hey there, I understand why I have to change my DNS, but I dont understand which name servers I have to change and replace with NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM. It does not say which DNS to replace, and whether I have to add a new DNS and if so, which type to add.
