Changing DNS information for XO Communications

  Please help. I have been contacted by my ISP, XO Communications, and told to change my DNS settings with WordPress in order to continue receiving email. (Apparently they have made some changes at their end and now need me and WP to make changes at our end.) I haven’t received any email in 24 hours and I’m totally stymied about how to make these changes. Is it possible for me to speak directly with someone who can help?
