Changing DNS records

  I have changed my records posted on your site, but they do not appear to be propagating over to my email server at Microsoft 365. How can we connect to get this resolved?

  Hi there –

  Thanks for inquiring about this. I can see you’ve added the domain connection on this account and also have the name servers pointing to us. The email records, like the name servers, can take up to 3 days to full propagate. During that time thinks can work flakey or not at all.

  A hosting plan needs to be added to your account in order for any of this work. Looking at the site you have linked, it seems a personal plan will do the trick.
