  I would like to change the DNS server of the blog I purchased off WordPress.com.
  vranadesign.com

  I do not see anywhere to do this. Please assist asap.

  You don’t have any control over the server itself. Do you want to point that URL to a different blog? If so, follow the instructions for Moving A Blog in the Support docs.
