changing DNS server names

    my host provider gave me these settings to change in the email re-direct area. It’s not working! can somebody please tell me EXACTLY where to place these formulas so that I can get my email back.

    DNS Zone (paradigmtrucking.ca)

    N MX 0 remote.paradigmtrucking.ca
    IN TXT v=spf1 a:remote.paradigmtrucking.ca ~all
    remote IN CNAME 74.220.174.88

    He sent me this and I don’t know where to put them on the wordpress edit domain-Dns server setting page.
