Changing domain contact email

  Hello,

  Any help with this would be massively appreciated., Our domain has been suspended as we did not respond to an ICANN verification email. The problem we are having is that the ICANN email is being sent to the domain contact email which we do not have access to and cannot regain access through account recovery.

  We have attempted to amend the contact email for the domain but it requires confirmation from the new email and the original email which we are unable to access.

  I’ve contacted WordPress through the support function on Monday (29th) but they only provided information on how to change the domain contact email, they haven’t responded since with any further advice.

  We need to amend the domain contact email so we can receive the ICANN email but as we are unable to access the current email we have not been able to do this.

  Does anyone have know how to resolve this issue?

  Just to clarify the domain I need help with is not buryinvolvementgroup.wordpress.com it is buryinvolvementgroup.org
