Changing domain from wordpress.com to .com without redirect

Can worpress support administratively transfer writeowls.wordpress.com blog’s material to the writeowls.com?
Again, the sites I need help with are Writeowls.worpress.com and Writeowls.com.
We purchased the .com upgrade, changing our blog’s domain from writeowls.wordpress.com to writeowls.com. However, all our set up work, menu’s, pages, users, etc were already entered in wordpress.com. Currently, the .com site is set up to redirect to the wordpress.com site.
However, checking on another computer, Norton’s warns you not to go to our blog, saying that legitimate sites do not redirect. That’s a problem.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Turn off the redirect and use domain mapping $ 13.- / year
