Changing Domain gone wrong

  Hi there,

  I’m in the process of changing my domain to another website with a different provider, and have submitted a transfer request, the instructions are as follows: ‘To complete the domain transfer, please contact your current provider and update the IPS tag to TUCOWS-CA’

  I, however, have changed the domain from ptct.org.uk to ptctold.org.uk, thinking that it would make the process easier. I now can’t access my website, and I can’t access the settings that will allow a transfer. I need help getting to these settings, perhaps changing the domain back as well, just so I can move it to the other provider.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. As you already noticed, you just can’t change the domain of your site to whatever you like. To undo what you have done, head over to the documentation at wordpress.org where you find all usefull info.
