Changing Domain Mapping – Do I Get Charged Twice?

I understand how to map my WordPress blog to my subdomain. My issue is that I want to do so with a test location first, and then move it to the actual subdomain.

Basically, I want to initially point my WordPress blog to xyztest.domain.net. However, after I make sure everything works, etc, I want to point it toward xyz.domain.net. The reason is that as of now, I already have a blogger blog at xyz.domain.net, so I want to test the feature before I point it to the real domain. It is easy on my end because I just change the dns information. However, I was wondering if I will have to pay 20 dollars to do this (because I will essentially be mapping twice, once for the test, and once for the real thing)…or, once I pay my 10 dollars for domain mapping, can I map my WordPress blog to any subdomain at any time throughout the year?

    Thanks!

    David

    Mark,

Thank you for your prompt reply. I will email support when I am ready to make the change (hopefully only a day or so after the test one gets up).
