Changing domain name

Hello! I had a domain name interactivecinema2019.wordpress.com , but I deleted it because I would like to convert an old domain (interactivecinema2017.wordpress.com) into interactivecinema2019.wordpress.com
It’s been a couple of hours since I deleted the new blog, so that I can switch my current site’s URL to that, but I still get a notification that says that interactivecinema2019 is taken. How long does it take for this URL to become available again?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deleting the site doesn’t make it available to use again, it permanently deletes the site so that you or anyone can use it again. If you want to convert interactivecinema2017.wordpress.com to interactivecinema2019.wordpress.com, you must first empty the content from interactivecinema2019.wordpress.com, and then you can please visit our support pages on exporting your content from interactivecinema2017.wordpress.com and importing your content to interactivecinema2019.wordpress.com. No, that is the only way to do it.
As mentioned through all of the site deletion confirmation steps, deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Fortunately, you’re still within the recovery window, so you at least do have the option of recovering the site so that you can export/import your content from one site to the other.
