http://anothervoice-greenleaf.org/ loads fine for me and shows your base blog of http://foranothervoice.wordpress.com/ – is that what you wanted to do?

    Primary Blog is Set

anothervoice-greenleaf.org is set as the primary domain for foranothervoice.wordpress.com and will appear in the address bar when you visit the site.

I would like to change my primary domain to

    anothervoice-jad.com

You probably want to map anothervoice-jad.com and set that as Primary Domain – you might be able to have the staff transfer the domain mapping to the anothervoice-jad.com – but if you disable the mapping for anothervoice-greenleaf.org all the links and search traffic from that name will crash and search engines will get a bit upset at your blog – by having both names mapped for a while but primary to anothervoice-jad.com that will help teach search engines & people that visit your site that you have moved

OK……..can you make the appropriate change for me so that both names are mapped for a while but primary to anothervoice-jad.com ?

I am not staff and can’t change your blog settings, step through the instructions in the link I gave you above, at the end you will see the instructions for setting Primary Domain and just pick the new domain Cost $ 13.- / year –

at end of the old mapping probably OK to let it go away if you have the new name active for a few months

Dashboard >> Store >> Domains, if you go past the set primary –

I have also flagged this for the staff but the are real backed up at this point

    Still have a problem….

I have a blog which people USED TO reach at anothervoice-greenleaf.com

I have a new domain name set up via GO DADDY……

    New name is anothervoice-jad.com

Today when people try to access my blog, they get sent to a GO DADDY advertisement for anothervoice-jad.com

    PLEASE HELP!

While you have added domain mapping for anothervoice-jad.com – the name servers are still set to Godaddy, that is why you get the Godaddy page, you need to change the name servers at Godaddy (your registrar) to WordPress.COM per the instructions in the link I posted above

Thanks. I tried to do that…..NS1.WORDPRESS.COM and NS2.WORDPRESS.COM but the program said this was invalid, also asked for a verification code which I don’t have.

Is there no one who can do this for me. I am willing to pay. And I did upgrade my account some time ago.

I appreciate your patience and your help.

    Hi there!

You’ll need to contact GoDaddy about getting your nameservers set to the following:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    This document may help:

    http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/664/setting-nameservers-for-your-domain-names

You should not need a verification code to change your nameservers.

Please let me know if I can help further once you’ve change your nameservers! :)
