Changing Domain Name

  I was wondering if when my domain needs to be renewed if there is a way I can change the name?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t actually “change” the name. domain registrations don’t work that way.

  But what you can do is let your old domain name expire and then purchase a new domain name. You don’t actually have to wait for you old domain to expire if you want to do this, you can do it at any time and then just make sure you have turned off auto-renewal for the old name and have made the new name your “primary” domain.
