Changing domain name

  Hi, I have paid $99 to upgrade to the premium wordpress experience, it said in the summary of what you get out of this that I can now have my blog as http://www.felicitasweisbach.com instead of http://www.felicitasweisbach.wordpress.com, how do I make this change? I am frustrated that this isn’t so easy to do and would really appreciate some help.

  WordPress is trying to charge me to validate domain name. I really don’t understand this programme and would really appreciate some assistance asap this feels like a hassle for $99 a year.
