I have another blog that runs on https://OnlineBuzz.com that needs to change the domain name.
Please update the domain name from OnlineBuzz.com to Sigaw.com. Let me know when it’s done so I can update the DNS for Sigaw.com pointing to WordPress.com.

By the way, where do I see the chat option in my account? I have a Business account.The support is kinda taking forever to take action. You cannot depend on community to provide solution because this is not HOWTO use a wordpress. Only staff can make it happen. Would be nice if we can do this in our control panel but it is not possible.

I see you have the domain, onlinebuzz.com, connected to your site, filipinocom.wordpress.com, via the domain mapping upgrade. That mapping upgrade was bought in March.
During the refund period we can switch the domains for a mapping upgrade, but as you’re already five months past the refund period it’s not possible to do that any more, so you will need to add a new domain mapping upgrade under My Site ->Domains. Then you can either keep the current mapping upgrade as well until it expired in March next year, meaning both domains will point to your site, or you can cancel it from the Purchases page.

Why are you making it sound difficult to do? All you have to do is change my domain name, simply updating the A record. It’s been done before by other staff member.
I don’t need two domains pointing to one WordPress blog. I already paid for the mapping service, only need to change it. Why waste the remaining months till March? I hope that make sense.

It’s not simply changing the domain name. It’s replacing the existing domain mapping upgrade with a new domain mapping upgrade. A records have nothing to do with it as that needs to be done at your domain registrar, not with us.
The previous time you requested this you were also told you would need to buy a second mapping upgrade to do this. My colleague in that case made an exception by making the change for you in the way he did. But we are only able to make exceptions so many times for any user.
Upgrades are purchased for a year. We have a 30 day refund period during which you can change your mind and either get a refund or change the upgrade, but beyond that anything we do is an exception. I can do this for you one more time, but in future we won’t be able to make any changes to an existing upgrade that’s past the refund period on your account.
Also be aware that changing domains like this is terrible for your site’s SEO, as each time you change the domain search engines need to start re-indexing your site from scratch and all existing backlinks to the old domain instantly stops working. If you keep the old domain attached as well we can at least redirect those for you, but we can’t do that if you remove the old domain completely.

Yes I have some blogs running through WordPress and use mapping as well.

Please read my answer properly. I said that I made an exception for you again and changed it, so if you delete it now you’re deleting the domain that you asked for.
But we will not be able to make any more exceptions for your account in this regard.
