Changing domain name to remove .wordpress.com

  I’d like to change my blog name from http://www.bhavenjani.wordpress.com to http://www.bhavenjani.com. I know this is called an upgrade by paying extra, but can it be done only at the time of setting up the blog, or can it be done for an existing blog too? If yes, how is it done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can do it at the time the blog is created, or you can do it afterward.
