Changing domain names for WP Engine.

  I cannot seem to change my DNS record to direct my site where it needs to go. A week ago, I had to change the ‘A’ record and IP address for my website, as WP Engine had experienced some server issues. When I try to follow the instructions for updating my DNS record or changing the ‘A’ record or CNAME, a note saying ‘Invalid Name’ pops up and won’t allow me to enter the needed information.

  Neither have worked. Why does it keep popping up ‘Invalid Name’? How do I fix this?
