changing domains and redirecting

  hi. i’m currently using the domain “onetwentytwo.org” for my blog but i would like to change it since i’m re-formating my site to have a static front page (as a personal homepage) and keeping the blog as a page on my site. is there a way to (1) switch the domain of the blog even if it hasn’t been a full year since i mapped it and (2) redirecting “onetwentytwo.org” to my new domain?
