  I can not open the link sent to my new email to change the email in my account

  Hi there,

  Do you happen to have another account that is associated with the new email address you’re trying to change?

  Email address should be unique for accounts on WordPress.com, meaning that you’re not able to have same email addresses for two different WordPress.com account.

  Hi alntic,

  It sounds like the confirmation email is coming through to your new address but you are unable to open the link. If that is correct, could you try right clicking the link, copying the link address and pasting it into another browser?
