changing email

  I found an outdated email on our General Settings page, and I’ve tried twice, with different emails, to change it. I see the message saying that I should receive an email to the new address for confirmation, but the email never comes. What am I missing?

  It sounds like you are trying to change the email address for an account or site not hosted on WordPress.com.

  If the site uses WordPress.org software with another host, please contact your host or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:
