Changing email

  It’s let me sign with my email being @hotmail.com even though that email doesn’t exist as it should be @outlook.com , I’m trying to switch over but it keeps saying i need to be logged in and accept it on my @hotmail.com but as I said, that email doesn’t exist. I’m unsure how to clarify my email now.
