changing email

I use one email for two blogs and now I want separete them with one email for each blog, how to do?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To disassociate two blogs registered under the same username account and email address you need to
1. register another username account with a different email address;
2. make that new username account an Admin of the blog you want to transfer;

I am not clear on what went wrong. Please provide a step by step report of exactly what you did so we can help you sort this.

I just did as exactly what the page told.
I open ‘my blog’ from dasboard, select the account I want to transfer, check the red warning box and I typed down new email address then I got that reply,
on which part I did mistake? -
Did you make the new username account an Admin of the blog you wanted to transfer?

Oh, should the email I use is already registered in WP? since the new email is not use in WP before
