Changing email address

  Hello!
  I would like to change my email address and am having difficulty doing so. I would appreciate help. I followed the steps that you have online for changing email addresses associated with blog sites but they are not working.

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.
