changing email address

i have a contact page on my wordpress website and i want to change the email address the emails go to. i would prefer my blog updates to go to one email address and the people who are trying to contact me to another email address.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your mail will delivered to your registered wordpress email. There is no way to set up a custom email. If you want to change your email then you have to change your wordpress email to the new one.
If you change, the new email will be your Log in email for your website and wordpress.
CHANGE YOUR EMAIL:
Step-1: Go to your Profile Icon > Account Settings. You can see your profile icon at the top left side.
Step-2: It will open a new page. Change your email and Click Save Account Settings.
This may ask your password.
All Done! Now all your email will go to the new email ID.

When you create or edit a contact form, you should see two tabs in the contact form builder. One tab lets you create the form itself, the other is for notification settings for the form.
Click on the notification settings option. There you can specify one or more email addresses to use for the contact form if you don’t want it going to your account email address.
