changing email address

  I am trying to change my email address but the confirmation link won’t send to my new email.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey jesileal7,

  Did you make sure to check your spam folder for your email? You should get an email notifying you of the requested change on the currently active email as well, did you receive that?

  Also is the email your are trying to change to associated with another WordPress.com account as mentioned in Issues Changing your Email Address?

  I checked my spam folder. The main email address is getting a notification that a request was made. I am attempting to change to a university email address. Do you think this may be the issue?

  Did you already use the university email address on a different WordPress.com account?
