Changing Email Address Not Working

I have been trying to change the email address under general settings for my blog for a couple days now. I have changed it about 4 times and clicked “save changes.” I am not getting a confirmation email to the new email address and now I am not getting my comment moderation emails at the new email or the old one.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only support topic I found said the most common reason for the email not changing is that the new email is already tied to another blog. I know this is not the case since I only have one blog and just created the new email about a week ago…

Check your spam filter. Confirmation emails routinely go there. And also remember there are two places to change your email: on your Profile and under Settings for the blog.
