Changing email address: not working!

According to your support site, you will receive an email with a link to confirm your action when you change your email address . However, the mail you receive does not have a link, it simply states ‘If you made this request, you can safely ignore and delete this email.’
Meaning that the system is waiting for your email confirmation before it confirms the change. But you cannot send this as you never received the link, and therefore the email address cannot be updated…

Yes, I followed the instructions from the video. It shows that you receive an email with a link. I did receive an email, but with the below text. As you can see there is no link, so it seems I cannot confirm the change…?
