changing email address on current 'follows'

Hello i am following several blogs .. and need to change my email that they arrive at , but can’t find an option to do this .. is there one or do i have to do a new ‘follow’ with new email address?

These notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account, so you’ll have to change the email address you use for WordPress to change where those notifications go.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/If you don’t want to change your account email, you can disable email notifications for those blogs from your Reader ( you don’t need to unfollow them) and then log out, visit those blogs and click Follow where you’ll be allowed to insert a different email address.
