changing email address under ‘user’

  I tried to change my email address under ‘user’, so I can have updraft back up in a new account, but I’m not getting confirmation.

  Hi there,

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. To be able to add plugins to a WordPress.com site you would need our Business plan, but I do not see that upgrade under your account either. https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login, or are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

  Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
