Changing email in personal settings

  I’ve changed my ISP and my e-mail address. I was able to register the change in my blog’s General Settings, but not in Personal Settings. I requested the change and received an email asking me to confirm the change by clicking on this link: http://wordpress.com/?newuseremail=906ec1c6e4dd7388f925135147917259

  But every time I click on it, one of two things happens:

  1. I get a screen saying Internet Explorer cannot open the page – or-

  2. A new window opens to: http://wordpress.com/?new_email_result=0#!/my-settings/ but a whirly thing just circles and circles endleslsly.

  My blog is dianescookbooks.wordpress.com. Can anyone tell me how I can get that e-mail address changed?
