  Want to change the from email address in our web form but can’t locate on dashboard.

  I’m afraid that we can’t help directly because your legacytreatment.org site is not hosted with WordPress.com. In turn, we’re unable to take a closer look at your site.

  It looks like your host uses the open-source WordPress.org software, which differs from the managed hosting offered on WordPress.com. The good news though is that help is available in the WordPress.org forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  Otherwise, you may want to contact GoDaddy for further support.
