Changing Facebook thumnail image

  How do I go about changing the thumbnails that automatically show up when I share a link to my blog on Facebook? I already went into my Media library and deleted the two pictures Facebook was wanting to use. But they’re still there as thumbnails!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Please note that we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
