changing feture image appereance

  Hi I would like to know if changing this feture picture size to something similar to the screenshot in this link is possible:

  In my site here: https://kahol.co.il/2016/09/29/ds/
  you can see that the feture image take the all screen width and there is no space above it I wish to change it to something similar in the link (https://kacholcoaching.files.wordpress.com/2016/10/example-css.png)
  the green frame represent the image location and size I wish to get in the end result.
